¿Cómo nos ayudarás a conseguir nuestra misión?
- Gestionar procesos de selección para incorporar el mejor talento.
- Colaborar con los Hiring managers para comprender las necesidades de contratación y requisitos de los puestos vacantes.
- Soporte en la elaboración de las JD's.
- Colaboraciones con centros de estudios aliados.
- Elaboración de documentación relacionada con convenios de prácticas.
- Participar junto con el equipo de HR en la elaboración de onboardings.
- Colaborar en la organización y planificación del departamento de HR.
- Asistencia a ferias y eventos del sector.

- Formación en Psicología, relaciones laborales o afines.
- Valorable Máster en gestión de RRHH.

- Carné de conducir B es un plus.
- Que te guste trabajar en equipo y compartir tus conocimientos.
- Disponibilidad para trasladarse de manera esporádica a nuestra central de Tarragona (2 veces al mes).
