Iberia RRP Digital Manager

Position purpose:


The purpose of this position is to lead the implementation of the digital ecosystem for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP), delivering an omnichannel consumer experience.


The RRP Digital Manager will be responsible for mapping the RRP consumer journey flows and defining the brand's strategic touchpoints along the different stages of the journey, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.

He/She will also be responsible for bringing digital campaigns ideas to life, connecting offline and online channels, developing assets for the identified touchpoints and aiding consumer adoption & retention in order to drive the future growth of the JTI RRP business.


Collaboration with other teams will be required to recommend the optimal RRP digital consumer experience strategy and deployment (RRP, Digital Business Unit, Strategy & Insights, Consumer & Trade Activation, Sales).


What will you do - responsibilities:

  • and long-term objectives. Deliver a superior brand experience, by establishing and managing the consumer data platform. Continuous monitoring of consumer feedback to increase the effectiveness
  • Digital Consumer Acquisition Strategy: implement the digital consumer acquisition strategy and a growing consumer base via ecommerce, SEO, etc. Drive digital campaign briefs, objectives and lead digital planning sessions to achieve marketing objectives
  • Loyalty Program: lead, develop and implement the RRP Loyalty Program linking the relevant consumerfacing touchpoints; retaining JTI RRP Franchise to our brand. Strong performance management attitude able to provide proactive feedback to the RRP team & business partner functions
  • Stakeholder &

Agency Management:
provide clear input to agencies to maximize awareness across the steps of the journey and maximize trial. Be able to translate CEM activities into business metrics, and provide a go-to source of CEM expertise. Experience in managing various agencies from creative to technical developments.

Who are we looking for - requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Marketing / Experience Management / CRM / Digital
- + 8 years relevant experience in defining and building the brand fundamentals through an omnichannel consumer journey bridging online & offline, in Food, FMCG or Tobacco

  • Very good knowledge and understanding of Magento ecommerce platform is a must
  • Have experience in planning and managing Direct-ToConsumer, CRM, Social Media, SEO, ecommerce, UX / UI, traditional channels and consumer data collection
  • Have experience in creating and managing loyalty programs
  • Strong experience in creating aspirational brand positionings, messaging and translating them into effective and impactful engagement
  • Have proven ability to manage complex projects, within a technical and fast pace evolving environment
  • Balanced skillset, between strategy and analytical mindset (metrics, commercial KPIs, consumer data and insights, and measurement frameworks)
  • Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills. Portuguese is a plus
