How to contribute to our vision?


As Product and Process manager in Onshore PPM, you will lead and structure requirement management and cost management process cross all product platform.


It will be your responsibility manage the interface to Technology and COG organization ensuring a structured and efficient requirement and product cost management process.

In addition, you will manage and own related IT tools to host these processes.

What you need to make a difference?

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

In addition, you have a structured mindset and a strategic view on things, though you possess the right skills to switch between detailed and high-level overview.

In general, you demonstrate a self-driven style of working and act as a change agent.

You can communicate on all levels, used to handle, and maintain (long term) relationships with internal and external stakeholders and in general capable of operating in a multicultural environment.


To be successful in this role you preferably:

  • Have a technical background, a bachelor's, or master's degree with 4+ years of experience, preferably within the wind-industry
  • Experience in internal project management and change management
  • Capable in leading and motivating the project teams to ensure projects are successfully implemented in time and budget
  • Can link technical solutions with business understanding
  • Have solid and broad knowledge within product and portfolio management and
  • First process management experience
  • Can demonstrate excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
