In this role, you will be accountable for establishing and refining the necessary tools and systems for collecting both financial and non-financial data, ensuring that the information is comprehensive, trustworthy, and readily accessible.
As a member of Siemens Gamesa, which is part of Siemens Energy, a pioneer in energy technology with over 150 years of experience, you will contribute to our mission of delivering sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy solutions. We are dedicated to advancing the energy transition and meeting the increasing energy demands of our global community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective data management tools to accurately track non-financial information in accordance with IT demand protocols.
- Collaborate with financial and non-financial data stakeholders to standardize information collection processes.
- Ensure that non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are systematically collected and adhere to an audit-compliant framework.
- Document data collection methodologies in line with company procedures.
- Create financial and non-financial dashboards reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Engage in the audit processes related to non-financial information and reporting.
- Provide training in your area of expertise as required.
- Assist Siemens Energy Group in implementing various regulatory requirements stemming from the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Oversee and support accounting-driven implementation projects for processes and systems.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes within company systems.
Qualifications:
A strong passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change are essential. We are seeking candidates with:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience in project management.
