As a Financial Sustainability Manager, you'll play a crucial role in defining and adjusting data collection tools and systems to ensure data completeness, reliability, readiness, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops data management tools to register and track non-financial information, following IT demand procedures.
  • Coordinates with financial and non-financial data owners/departments to obtain required information in a standardized manner.
  • Ensures non-financial KPIs are collected in the system and comply with an audit-proof model.
  • Documents data collection processes in company procedures.
  • Prepares financial and non-financial dashboards of key performance indicators related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Participates in the audit process for non-financial information and reports.
  • Provides training in her/his area of expertise when necessary.
  • Supports the Siemens Energy Group in implementing regulatory needs from the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Manages and supports accounting-driven implementation (sub)projects for processes and systems.
  • Implements automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes within company tools.

What You Need to Succeed

  • More than 5 years of experience.
  • English Level: Advanced.
  • Project Management experience.
