Job Title: Sustainability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements data management tools to register and track non-financial information, following IT demand procedures.
  • Coordinates with financial and non-financial data owners/departments to obtain required information in a standardized manner.
  • Ensures non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are collected in the system and comply with an audit-proof model.
  • Documents data collection processes in company procedures.
  • Prepares financial and non-financial dashboards of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Participates in the audit process to non-financial information and reports.
  • Provides training in her/his area of expertise when necessary.
  • Supports the Siemens Energy Group in the implementation of various regulatory needs coming from the implementation of the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), and the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Manages and supports accounting-driven implementation (sub)projects for processes and systems.
  • Implements automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes within company tools.
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of experience.
  • English Level: Advanced.
  • Project Management experience.
