In this role, you will be accountable for establishing and refining the necessary tools and systems for collecting both financial and non-financial data, ensuring that the information is comprehensive, trustworthy, and readily accessible.

As a member of Siemens Gamesa, which is part of Siemens Energy, a pioneer in energy technology with over 150 years of experience, you will contribute to our mission of delivering sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective data management tools to accurately track non-financial information in accordance with IT demand protocols.
  • Collaborate with financial and non-financial data stakeholders to standardize information collection processes.
  • Ensure that non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are systematically collected and adhere to an audit-compliant framework.
  • Document data collection methodologies in line with company procedures.
  • Create financial and non-financial dashboards reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Engage in the audit processes related to non-financial information and reporting.
  • Provide training in your area of expertise as required.
  • Assist Siemens Energy Group in implementing various regulatory requirements stemming from the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Oversee and support accounting-driven implementation projects for processes and systems.
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes within company systems.

Qualifications:

A strong passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change are essential. We are seeking candidates with:

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience in project management.
