- Develop and implement effective data management tools to monitor and document non-financial information, adhering to IT demand protocols.
- Collaborate with financial and non-financial data stakeholders to gather necessary information in a standardized format.
- Ensure that non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately captured within the system and comply with audit requirements.
- Document data collection methodologies in accordance with company procedures.
- Create financial and non-financial dashboards reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Engage in the auditing process for non-financial information and reports.
- Provide training in your area of expertise as needed.
- Assist Siemens Energy Group in meeting various regulatory requirements stemming from the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), and the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Oversee and support accounting-driven implementation projects for processes and systems.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes utilizing company tools.
