In this role, you will engage in various administrative and operational responsibilities, providing essential support to our teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Business Processes departments.
  • Aiding in the implementation of standards across Nacelles facilities.
  • Analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Initiating lean projects, assessing their cost-effectiveness, and overseeing their execution.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting on improvements driven by continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Participating in collaborative projects and facilitating workshops.
  • Tracking and documenting changes in departmental KPIs.
  • Maintaining and updating schedules for data management tools.
  • Collecting and interpreting data to foster advancements in manufacturing processes.
  • Supporting initiatives focused on data management, KPI tracking, and analytical tools.
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders in a clear and organized manner.

What you need to excel in this role

A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change are essential. We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Ongoing academic studies, ideally in the early stages of a Master’s program.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, databases, and PowerApps is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
  • A talent for data analysis and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proactive team management skills.
  • Proven capability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A hands-on approach and an innovative mindset, eager to collaborate within a global team.
