In this role, you will engage in various administrative functions and operational support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Business Processes departments.
  • Aiding in the implementation of standards across Nacelles facilities.
  • Evaluating processes or disruptions, identifying areas for enhancement, and facilitating solutions.
  • Proposing lean initiatives, assessing their cost-effectiveness, and overseeing their execution.
  • Monitoring and documenting improvements initiated by continuous improvement strategies, providing relevant updates to stakeholders.
  • Participating in collaborative projects and helping organize workshops.
  • Tracking and reporting changes in departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining and updating schedules for data management tools.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to foster advancements in manufacturing processes.
  • Supporting initiatives focused on data management, KPI tracking, and analytical tools.
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders in a clear and organized manner.

Qualifications for Success

We seek individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and understand the significance of driving change. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Enrollment in ongoing studies, preferably at the Master's level.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, databases, and PowerApps is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma principles is a plus.
  • A strong aptitude for data analysis and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A hands-on approach and an innovative mindset, eager to collaborate within a global team.
