Student Intern – Continuous Improvement

As a working student, you will engage in various administrative and operational tasks that support our Nacelles Organization within the Manufacturing Excellence division.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in activities related to Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Business Processes.
- Aid in the implementation of standardized practices across Nacelles facilities.
- Analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
- Initiate lean projects, assess their feasibility, and oversee their execution.
- Monitor and report on improvements driven by continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in project teams and assist in organizing workshops.
- Track departmental KPIs and report any changes.
- Maintain and update schedules for data management tools.
- Collect and analyze data to foster improvements in manufacturing operations.
- Support initiatives focused on data management, KPI tracking, and analytical tools.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
What You Bring:
A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change. We are looking for candidates who:
- Are currently pursuing a Master's degree.
- Possess strong English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Have excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have some experience with PowerBI, databases, and PowerApps.
- Are familiar with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Have a strong aptitude for data analysis and enjoy organizing information.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Are hands-on and possess an innovative mindset, eager to collaborate in a global environment.
