Creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades, la inclusión y la diversidad para hacer crecer nuestro equipo.Funciones del Puesto Como Category Manager, serás la persona responsable de supervisar la planificación estratégica, el desarrollo y la ejecución de las categorías de productos bajo tu responsabilidad con el objetivo principal de maximizar las ventas y la rentabilidad de la categoría asignada.
Tendrás una estrecha colaboración con distintos equipos multifuncionales como I+D, equipo comercial, compras y cadena de suministro para impulsar el crecimiento y alcanzar los objetivos empresariales.
Las principales responsabilidades serán:
Desarrollar y aplicar estratégicas, plantes de promociones y planes por categorías para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y margen.
Realizar estudios de mercado y analizar las tendencias de consumo y productos de la competencia para identificar oportunidades. Elaborar junto con el responsable de comunicación los planes de comunicación On y Offline mas adecuado para las categorías. Conocimiento de mercado, control de principales Kpi's, preferencias de consumidores y tendencias del sector. Determinar estrategias de precios y gestionar el posicionamiento de precios para optimizar las ventas y rentabilidad.Proporcionar orientación y apoyo a los equipos interfuncionales, incluidos los representantes de ventas para garantizar la ejecución satisfactoria de las estrategias de categoría.
Requisitos para el puesto Experiencia mínima de 8 años en un departamento de Marketing gestionando categorías o funciones relacionadas, preferiblemente en el sector Gran Consumo Licenciatura en ADE o similar Conocimiento de herramientas como CIRCANA y herramientas de gestión por categorías.
