As a Category Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth for our company by providing thought leadership and developing holistic long-term category and shopper strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category vision and strategies that drive growth and profitability for Suntory Global Spirits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Revenue Growth & Sales, to deliver commercial and brand priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers to identify growth opportunities and understand their category strategies and priorities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform category strategies and identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the category, channels, and retailers' roles within it
Requirements
- Proven experience in category management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the spirits industry
