Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company, we are recruiting on behalf of our client. We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager, Private Banking (client acquisition) for a top tier Private Bank.

Important:
Please only apply if you have 10+ yrs of experience in private banking managing clients in Latin America (including Mexico and/or Colombia and/or Argentina and/or Uruguay) and you currently live in Madrid (or you are authorized to work in the area and ok relocating there) and you have the necessary business network to build a EUR 300M+ portfolio in your first 3yrs

Location:

Madrid Responsibilities & Deliverables Ability to build a book of business of UHNWIs totaling 300M EUR in your first 3yrs.

Retain clients and deliver outstanding experience providing customized solutions tailored to customer and their business needs Partner with product specialists to make sure clients are seamlessly onboarded and provided with the best possible financial advisory and support services and maintain strong portfolio quality & performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance Engineering or related field 10+yrs of experience in wealth management managing clients in Latin America Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with and motivate cross-functional teams.

Excellent relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey finance technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
