Ensures the whole team is constantly updated on latest health innovation and tech trends on health innovation.
Participates in external events ensuring the positioning of the company on Digital Health, aligned with GSK strategy Works in close collaboration with Market Access and Governmental Affairs teams to map key stakeholders in the Digital Health space in Spain Works in close collaboration with Comms team to build a strong communication plan on Innovation, ensuring the positioning of the company aligned to our strategy Participates in key external forums to ensure GSK positioning on the Innovation space Innovative Solutions deployment Identifies opportunities for Innovation within HCOs and regions ? Inspires the team and motivates peers to achieve goals on the Innovation space Why you? BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Business Administration or related fields.
Postgraduate degrees (MBA, Digital, Innovation/ Transformation...) will be a plus +8 years experience with proven experience in implementing innovative projects leveraging technology (experience in Healthcare Transformation will be a plus).
Strategy consulting experience will also be a plus Excellent collaboration capacity with internal and external ecosystems Knowledge of the health ecosystem innovation drivers Understanding of Digital Technologies:AI/Gen AI, IoT, Big Data, Blockchain.... and its applicability on the Health space.
