About the Role

This position will require collaboration with cross-functional business areas to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. As an Associate Director Data Solutions Delivery, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of data and analytics products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the incubation and adoption of emerging data and analytics technologies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data product change management and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, drive delivery, and enhance data products.
  • Manage multiple concurrent delivery cycles using agile methodologies.
  • Ensure data product-centric approaches to defining solutions.
Requirements:

Essential Skills:

• Solid understanding of analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics.

• Strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.

• Production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing.

• Awareness of data product change management and risk mitigation.
