Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Data Solutions Delivery team. As a key member of our Data, Analytics, and Insights team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the modernization of our data ecosystem, deliver data-driven products to our countries and core brand teams, and drive exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
This position requires 10% travel, which may involve domestic and international trips. As a Data Solutions Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of data and analytics products and services, encompassing technology adoption, security, and compliance, as well as business process change.
- Incubating and adopting emerging data and analytics technologies, launching and delivering products and services faster through rapid prototyping and iterative methods to prove and establish value.
- Demonstrating abstraction of data and analytics patterns and driving enterprise-wide scalability, reusability, and sustainability of platforms and services.
- Aligning data and analytics innovation efforts with our business strategy, IT strategy, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establishing and updating strategies, implementation plans, and value cases to implement emerging technologies.
- Driving data and analytics innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools.
- Identifying and developing data and analytics capabilities and ecosystem partnerships in alignment with our digital strategy and in support of enterprise architecture and integration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
- Strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.
- Production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing.
- Awareness of data product change management and risk mitigation.
- Monitoring and improving data product service delivery offerings.
- Strong collaborative interactions with customer-facing business teams.
- A data product-centric approach to defining solutions.
