About the Role
This position will require 10% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/or international). As an Associate Director Data Solutions Delivery, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of data and analytics (DnA) products and services, encompassing technology adoption, security and compliance, and business process change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of DnA products and services, driving enterprise-wide scalability, reusability, and sustainability of platforms and services.
- Incubate and adopt emerging DnA technologies, launching and delivering products and services faster with rapid prototyping and iterative methods to prove and establish value.
- Demonstrate abstraction of DnA patterns and drive alignment with business strategy, IT strategy, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and update strategies, implementation plans, and value cases to implement emerging technologies.
- Drive DnA innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools.
- Identify and develop DnA capabilities and ecosystem partnerships in alignment with digital strategy and in support of enterprise architecture and integration.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
- Strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.
- Production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing.
- Awareness of data product change management and risk mitigation.
- Monitoring and improving data product service delivery offerings.
- Strong collaborative interactions with customer-facing business teams.
- Data product-centric approach to defining solutions.
