Club Clínico es un SaaS Enabled Marketplace que ayuda a las clínicas dentales privadas a optimizar, centralizar y mejorar la gestión de sus compras.
Nacimos en septiembre de 2020 tras identificar la oportunidad de transformar las compras en el sector dental y dotar a las clínicas de capacidad de negociación y transparencia en los precios, ausente en el mercado hasta nuestra aparición.
Hasta la fecha hemos levantado 3,4 M€ de capital de diferentes VCs y Business Angels de referencia en el mercado.
Recientemente cerramos una nueva ronda de inversión de 2,1 M€ con el objetivo de llevar Club Clínico al siguiente nível de Producto e iniciar nuestra internacionalización.
Tu nuevo puesto
Como Growth Operations Senior / Manager, serás la persona de referencia para el C-Level de la compañía (CEO, COO y CTO) para la puesta en marcha de acciones para la ejecución del plan de negocio y en el proceso de levantamiento de capital en las próximas rondas de inversión.
Tus principales funciones:
- Growth: ayudarás a liderar nuestra estrategia de crecimiento, desde la adquisición de nuevos usuarios y retención.
- Gestión de proyectos: gestionarás proyectos como la optimización de nuestra estructura de tarifas y nuestro programa estrella de socios o la identificación de nuevas asociaciones para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestros consumidores.
- Identificación de necesidades operativas y tecnológicas para el correcto funcionamiento de la compañía y la escalabilidad del Producto. (Roadmap del producto junto con CTO y producto.)
Tu día a día:
- Análisis y elaboración de Business Case para toma de decisiones con CEO y COO.
- Identificación de procesos automatizables de Customer Support, Finance, y Sales mediante la implementación de soluciones de IA y RPA para mejorar la rentabilidad de la compañía.
- Responsable operativo del Funnel de Ventas.
- Análisis y preparación de reports y métricas de negocio de la mano de CEO, Marketing y Finance.
- Soporte al CEO y COO en el seguimiento de los principales KPIs de la compañía.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- Formación en Ingeniería o Matemáticas.
- Experiência de más de 3 años en consultoría en Big 4 & Top Tier y/o puestos similares de Growth Operations.
- Experiência en levantamiento, definición y gestión de procesos (seguimiento de tareas, definición de hitos e interlocución con diferentes stakeholders).
- Nível avanzado de paquete Office (Excel, PPT).
- Experiência básica en gestión de proyectos de implementación de modelos operativos, tecnológicos o nuevos planes estratégicos.
- Capacidad analítica.
