As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will be pivotal in driving strategic and operational initiatives across our growth team to drive performance improvements and enhance the impact of marketing on Deel's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day management of marketing operations infrastructure within HubSpot and other core marketing technologies.
- Partner closely with growth and demand generation counterparts to strategically enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and lead-to-revenue modeling.
- Collaborate with growth and pipeline/sales operations to monitor and optimize lead quality through the funnel.
- Establish and manage proper lead capture, attribution, engagement, and campaign infrastructure.
- Design, build, and manage a variety of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Own and collaborate with Systems and Data team to ensure data architecture and synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accuracy.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing technology systems, processes, and data at fast-paced B2B organizations.
