We are a leading provider of senior living communities, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Senior Area Manager for our restaurant e-commerce growth, you will play a critical role in driving business expansion and innovation.

**Your Work-Life Opportunity**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and scaling our restaurant e-commerce platform through two main axes: product quality and strong cultural values. You will work closely with store managers to identify and solve critical points, and have full P&L responsibility and ownership of business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and develop a team of 200+ individuals to ensure best quality at our kitchens, specifically the reticular team (RDOs; Maintenance Coord.; Area Trainer; Store Managers).
  • Oversee directly multiple departments and areas of responsibility: People, Finance, Legal, Growth, Operations, Brand, Tech, etc.
  • Hire top talent, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals.
  • Analyze product, operations and financial data to take key decisions for the cluster.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Glovo, Uber, JustEat, Kitchen rental spaces, regulators, unions and the government.
  • Get into details, deepdive and problem solve. You will make things happen together with your team.
  • Develop new business opportunities, anticipate issues and improve processes.
  • Balance execution and strategy (zoom in-zoom out).

**Requirements**

  • 3-8 years of experience in fast-paced environments (Glovo/Uber; startups; IB; consultancies; e-commerce) with a passion for being close to the product in our kitchens.
  • Experience leading people cross functional team and have hired/worked with team (ie., principally blue collar).
  • Led negotiations contracts, legal documents, and you're comfortable of building relationships with C-level of other organizations.
