Entravision is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in our Mexico office.

To market the company products and services, with a strong customer service orientation, providing quality, trust and commitment. In addition, to add value to our growth prospects by identifying new business opportunities in the country.

Likewise, to be an active part of the evolution of the local market in digital advertising vision and to accompany the fulfillment of the operatios objectives.

With a data-driven sales approach, Sales Manger role will be to act as a trusted advisor
to some of our top tier clients. Also, develop high-level relationships to serve as a
trusted advisor to key clients to optimize their advertising growth and generate business
plans to define their strategies and tactics.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to consolidate the operation's objectives.
Manage plans for expansion opportunities and business development of our international partners and representations.
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure that their needs are met.
Acquire and manage new customers.
Coordinate and collaborate with international teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and others).
Monitor performance and compliance of business activities, through the usability of key metrics.

Requirements:

Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing and/or related fields. IS A MUST
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of English IS A MUST
At least 3 years of experience in B2B commercial management as Full Advertiser and Mobile (not agencies) IS A MUST
Analytical thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

A profile with entrepreneurial vision and high leadership skills, capable of providing strategic advice to the assigned portfolio of clients will be valued.

Excellent presence, attitude, responsibility and commitment.
