How You'll Contribute
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Aid in preparing and managing employment documents to maintain accurate and updated employee data.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS (Personio) and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Support benefits enrollment, handle benefits-related inquiries, and be a primary contact for employee HR queries.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders on projects, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, and provide HR-related analysis and reporting.
- Help streamline processes across different countries and drive consistency in HR practices.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms like Personio.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in English.
