Role
We are looking for an Engagement Manager who will lead our collaborations with clients.

You will take ownership of the overall project with the purpose to make significant and lasting improvement of clients' performance.


As an Engagement Manager, you will:

Ensure outstanding delivery:

  • Lead by example and support the teams you work with
  • Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the clients' need
  • Focus on the full customer relationship management, building client care, loyalty, and empathy
  • Obsessed with overcoming any obstacle necessary to unlock true business benefits and ROI for our clients
  • Actively and continually monitor and measure the delivery of value based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI)
  • Take responsibility for driving and implementing corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver a valuebased solution
  • Be commercially aware and manage the delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and performance against internal KPIs

Own our clients relationship:

  • Engage with our clients to build our partnerships, identify new opportunities to create value and design new initiatives that drive client value
  • Contribute to the development of a pipeline of new and existing clients, forming working relationships with specific individuals and contributing to building potential propositions for the new clients
  • Develop an extensive and diverse network of external contacts

Additional responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy

Requirements:

What we are looking for

Required qualifications:

  • A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
  • Extensive ability of dealing with C-Level stakeholders
  • Expertise in one of Visium vertical (Biotech, Medical, CPG industries, Financial Services) is a plus
  • Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Fluent in English French or German is a plus.
