Join a Leading Fashion Brand as a CRM & Loyalty Program Manager

Our client, a prominent player in the fashion industry, is seeking a skilled CRM Manager ready to advance their career. Key Responsibilities

As a CRM & Loyalty Program Manager, you will:

  • Take charge of the newly launched loyalty and engagement initiative.
  • Improve the quality of the database, including opt-ins and consents.
  • Manage existing client relationships and enhance their profiles within the loyalty program.
  • Increase engagement rates, enrich customer profiles, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Craft personalized experiences utilizing the customer data platform and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop the internal club program aimed at attracting, growing, and retaining clientele.
  • Coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with the sales department and fellow marketing professionals.
Qualifications
  • We seek a data-driven individual with a passion for interpersonal communication and improving customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and loyalty programs (experience with CDP is advantageous).
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping, data-driven marketing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Fluency in English; familiarity with Bloomreach, HTML, and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in the fashion sector is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing strategic and operational tasks.
