  • Work with the central change lead. Execute defined change strategy
  • Liaise with Comms and Training stream

Requirements

  • Experience in change management, preferably in a large organization
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to navigate through complex organizational structures and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading change initiatives across multiple functions or departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English
