Job Purpose:

The Change Practitioner will work closely with the HR Leadership team, Project Directors, and PMOs to shape and deliver change management interventions across one or more transformation programs within one or more business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply a structured methodology to execute change management activities for our transformational projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored change management plans
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote change adoption
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
