Climate Change Mitigation Specialist

Mitiga Solutions is a cutting-edge technology company that employs science and innovation to mitigate the risks posed by climate-driven perils. We are seeking a skilled Climate Change Mitigation Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive bid strategy to win innovation challenges and secure funding for climate-related projects.
- Collaborate with the commercial, R&D, and technology teams to gather insights and develop winning proposals.
- Research and analyze market trends, client needs, and pain points to inform proposal development.
- Create detailed, costed, and persuasive proposals that showcase Mitiga's unique selling points and value proposition.
- Support the strategy team in researching current and future market trends.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and managing bid processes, preferably in consulting or targeted sectors such as infrastructure, energy, commercial real estate, asset management, or climate.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Previous experience in external-facing roles is a plus.
- Project Management and strong pitch presentation skills.
