Job Summary:

Amcor is seeking a highly driven and adaptable Business Change Professional to play an integral part in helping the AF EMEA Business Group maximize the outcomes of transformation programs. As a key member of the HR Leadership team, you will work closely with Project Directors and PMOs to shape and deliver change management interventions across one or more business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology to execute change management activities for transformational projects.
  • Work closely with the HR Leadership team, Project Directors, and PMOs to develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop adoption measures aligned with Amcor's Change Management principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address change management needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee adoption and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a business transformation context.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change and development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
