MISIÓN

Asegurar y gestionar la atención al cliente según los estándares cualitativos y cuantitativos de la Atención al Cliente marcados por la compañía.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Recepción de llamadas para gestionar pedidos y/o incidencias
  • Resolverá incidencias específicas, facilitando la información solicitada por los clientes telefónicamente y/o telemáticamente, actuando como fuente de información y ayuda al cliente, asegurando que se cumplen las políticas de servicio al cliente establecidas por la compañía
  • Emisión de llamadas a clientes (no ventas)
  • Realizará las tareas administrativas referentes a la gestión de incidencias y/o consultas recibidas.
  • Comunicación interna con otras áreas de la empresa
