Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un/a Especialista en Ventas Internas de Networking que establezca sólidas relaciones comerciales con clientes y proveedores (Axis) a través de un enfoque proactivo y un conocimiento especializado de productos, todo bajo supervisión.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar relaciones proactivas con contactos y clientes internos y externos clave
  • Impulsar las ventas de Networking (Axis)
  • Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de llamadas salientes planificadas
  • Alcanzar metas de ingresos y margen mensuales/trimestrales (KPI)
  • Gestionar expectativas de clientes sobre pedidos pendientes
  • Asegurar la correcta actualización del sistema CRM y la precisión de la información del cliente
  • Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con socios estratégicos (Axis) para estar al tanto de novedades y oportunidades
  • Ofrecer, vender y negociar información detallada sobre productos, precios y promociones especiales
  • Colaborar con diversas unidades internas para lograr los objetivos establecidos
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios para seguir la estrategia de ventas e identificar oportunidades
  • Trabajar en equipo para alcanzar los objetivos fijados

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en ventas B2B
  • Español fluido y buen nivel de inglés
  • Habilidades numéricas con atención al detalle
  • Excelente atención telefónica
  • Habilidades de planificación y gestión de prioridades
  • Deseo de alcanzar los objetivos establecidos
  • Se valorará experiencia en sistemas informáticos para presupuestos, pedidos y CRM
  • Conocimientos prácticos de Microsoft Word, Excel y Outlook
  • Se valorarán conocimientos en el ámbito de IT, especialmente en Networking, aunque no son obligatorios
