Gestión de tickets
Creación y seguimiento de cotizaciones, órdenes de venta, compras, albaranes y gestión de facturas relacionadas con el departamento de servicio
Despacho de mensajería y cliente, incluida la manipulación de paquetes de acuerdo con las regulaciones locales
Gestión de inventarios
Informes periódicos de acuerdo a los requerimientos del grupo
Gestión de contratos de servicios
Seguimiento de costos según plan anual de gastos e inversión
Presentación de facturas, contratos y documentos
Seguimiento de entrega y pedido
Gestión de reparaciones
Requisitos
Será indispensable:
Inglés (nível intermedio en escritura, comprensión auditiva, expresión oral)
Nível avanzado en software MSOffice y Windows
Experiência en software ERP y CRM, experiência apreciada en SAP
Proactivo para resolver problemas administrativos/as y consistente para traer una solución final
Bien organizado, sociable, versátil, multitarea, autónomo.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación
La experiência en una posición similar será una ventaja
Serán valorables estudios de Marketing
¿Qué ofrecemos?
Trabajo de 8 horas diarias
Flexibilidad horaria de 8:00 a 9:00 y hora de finalización hasta las 17:00 a 18:00 a convenir con el/la empleado/a de lunes a viernes
