As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the relevant supplier communities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and guidelines for Iberia Food, including setting sales targets, budgets, and allocating resources.
- Manage assigned internal and external Account Management teams to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Service, and Product Management teams to share best practices and contribute to product development projects.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country/regional companies.
- Proven track record of developing strong and influential business relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Technology, Business Administration, or Economics.
