Sales Administration ExecutiveDo you want to join to a global biotechnology company? In BioSystems we design, develop, produce and market analytical solutions for 5 areas of biotechnology:

  • Clinical Analysis
  • Veterinary Analysis
  • Food & Beverage Analysis
  • Agricultural Analysis
  • Bioprocesses AnalysisWe look for someone highly motivated to join a dynamic team focused on customer needs. This person will be part of the Sales Administration team and will fully manage customer accounts, tracking sales orders from receipt to invoicing. This person will collaborate with business, planning, logistics and technical support areas, establishing effective communications with customers and being able to positively solve any incident arising from the management of the customer portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Customer portfolio management, including:

  • Customer database update
  • Maintenance rates/offers per customer.
-Receiving orders-Evaluation of stock availability and confirmation of delivery terms to the customer.-Coordination with Warehouse for shipment preparation-Hiring transport services-Consolidation of export documentation (packing list, invoices, export certificates)-Administrative support to after-sales service (coordination with Customer Support, claims solving, returns, service/product certificates and budgets)

Requirements:

  • Administrative professional degree
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • B2-C1 Level of English minimumSkills:
  • Proactive person with communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and solve incidents.
  • Accuracy in handling information, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • A willingness to grow professionally.
  • Responsible, committed, organized.
  • Integrity, ethics and honesty.

It would be a plus:

  • Experience in similar functions
  • Previous experience in the use of ERP-Training in International Trade-Other languages as Italian or FrenchWe offer:Flexible schedule (depending on the position) 39 hours per week
