Seit der Firmengründung im Jahre 2013 liegt unser Fokus auf telefonbasierten Outbound-Marketingkampagnen. Diese haben zum Ziel, im Auftrag unserer Kunden - Firmen wie Intel, Dell, Fujitsu - Neugeschäfte in die Wege zu leiten. In anderen Worten: Wir befassen uns mit Leadgenererierung.
Aufgaben
Zur Zeit suchen wir nach einem neuen Teamleiter (TL) für unser DACH-Team, um unsere deutschsprachigen Pre-Sales-Agenten (BDRs) auf die nächste Stufe anzuheben.
Als Teamleiter sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für alle Teammitglieder, weshalb Sie über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen sollten. Außerdem sollten Sie in der Lage sein, proaktiv zu handeln, um einen reibungslosen Teambetrieb und eine effektive Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten.
Letztlich sollten Sie mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und das Team dazu bringen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen und über sich hinauszuwachsen.
Hauptsächliche Arbeitsaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Schaffung eines inspirierenden Teamumfelds mit einer offenen Kommunikationskultur
- Setzung von klaren Teamzielen
- Koordinierung des Tagesgeschäfts
- Überwachung der Teamleistung und Berichterstattung bezüglich der Teamstatistiken
- Motivation der Teammitglieder
- Gemeinsame Ermittlung des individuellen Schulungsbedarfs in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg\*innen der Abteilung Training, Coaching & Qualitätskontrolle
- Aufnahme von Feedback und das Lösen von potentiellen Problemen und/oder Konflikten
- Anerkennung von guten Leistungen und Belohnung von Erfolgen
- Leistungsmanagement sowie faires Management von Disziplinarmaßnahmen, falls erforderlich
- Führung, Management und Inspiration von Vertriebsmitarbeiter\*innen, damit diese hervorragende Leistungen erzielen
- Schaffung einer leistungsorientierten Kultur
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Managementteam, um positive Veränderungen und geschäftliche Effizienzsteigerungen zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
- Eskalation von Problemen an die Geschäftsleitung
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung beim Aufdecken von operativen Risiken und Optimierungsbedarf
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Training, Coaching und/oder Teamleitung
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveu (in Wort und Schrit)
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (Business English)
- Ausgezeichnete Coaching
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Vorliebe zum Vertrieb (Sales mindset)
- Fortgeschrittene IT-Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen CRM-Strategie und Datenbank-/Pipeline-Management
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mit sowohl internen und externen Kunden)
- Erfahrung und Fähigkeit, mit anspruchsvollen Kunden und Eskalationen umzugehen
- Organisationstalent
- Afiinität zum lebenslangen Lernen
- Fähigkeit, unter hohem Druck hervorragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Das Beherrschen einer oder mehrerer anderer Sprachen in Wort Schrift sind kein Muss, wird aber sehr geschätzt
- Problemlösungsorientiertheit, Freude am Lösen von Strategieproblemen bei Projekten und am Entwickeln von Ideen
