Misión de puesto:
Responsable de la gestión del Economato, liderando la recepción de las mercancías, custodia y suministro adecuado de todos los productos, géneros, artículos o bienes que se utilizan para la operación y mantenimiento de la unidad de negocio.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
Realizar y dar seguimiento a pedidos en el caso de que los departamentos no realicen sus propios pedidos. En el caso de que los realicen, soporte a los equipos y seguimiento de los pedidos.
Supervisar las actividades de recepción, almacenamiento, distribución y mantenimiento de productos, verificando el correcto estado de las mercancías y su documentación correspondiente, en la unidad de negocio.
Supervisar / realizar la entrada a los pedidos de almacén en sistema. Es el máximo responsable del control de las existencias y mantenimiento del stock de almacén.Supervisar el correcto almacenamiento de los productos, mercaderías, artículos o bienes utilizados para la operación, de acuerdo con su categoría y las pautas establecidas para el control de inventarios.
Realizar inspecciones periódicas a los productos frescos o perecederos para asegurarse del cumplimiento de las condiciones sanitarias e higiénicas por parte de los proveedores.
Dar salidas de almacén hacia los distintos departamentos, bajo petición y con su correspondiente validación. Realización de traspasos entre almacenes. Supervisar de los procesos de inventario en la unidad de negocio.Gestionar y optimizar el almacén:
analizar la información, buscar la optimización de resultados. Proponer al Business Partner iniciativas de mejora en Economato. Asesorar al negocio, aportando la visión de Economato, apoyándolo y buscando la optimización de los costes.
De forma proactiva, buscar mejorar la rentabilidad en su unidad de negocio, buscando sinergias y la maximización de los resultados.
Elaborar informes y estadísticas tanto de productos como de servicios. Solicitar nuevas necesidades, altas, modificaciones, bajas de proveedores y productos al equipo de Compras.Supervisar el trabajo del personal a su cargo, asegurándose que cumplan con los objetivos y procedimientos establecidos durante el desempeño de sus labores, así como con las normas establecidas por el grupo y la unidad de negocio.
