Supply Chain Digital Operational Excellence Program Lead

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the Mondelez International team, responsible for defining and delivering the Digital Roadmap for Supply Chain operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Supply Chain strategy and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Roadmap to drive Supply Chain strategy and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional business functional departments to align on Operational Excellence processes, technical priorities, timing, and resources.
  • Lead the delivery of key Manufacturing projects in SAP and Non-SAP ecosystems, ensuring adherence to Mondelez Project Management best practices.
  • Own the Supply Chain Systems Operational Excellence Ways of Working, securing relevant documentation and engagement across Business, Systems Department, and Third-Party Partners.
  • Manage Systems Demand Intake process and pipeline as a single point of contact for Global and Regional stakeholders, supporting budget process and governance.
  • Participate in and/or set up relevant Global, Functional, Business Units governance meetings and Agenda for Supply Chain Digital Services.
  • Engage with Functional partners to align on priority, resource allocations, and budget needs.
  • Provide business consultancy to ensure the right Digital Products and Solutions are met, sharing best practices.
  • Serve as the point of contact for issues and challenges arising in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers.
  • Support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and lead projects delivery through to completion where required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Digital Solutions, particularly with SAP Supply Chain Modules Projects.
  • Specific experience in SAP Projects focusing on one or more of the SAP Manufacturing Modules, such as Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing Executions, Warehouse Management, Quality.
  • Project Manager certification is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholders and vendor management skills.
