Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Digital Operational Excellence Program Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Digital Operational Excellence Program Lead to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our Supply Chain Digital Services organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering digital solutions to drive operational excellence across our Supply Chain Towers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Supply Chain Systems Operational Excellence Ways of working, ensuring the right documentation and engagement across all Business, Systems Department, and Third Party Partners.
  • Manage the Systems Demand Intake process and pipeline as a single point of contact for Global and Regional stakeholders, supporting budget process and governance.
  • Participate in and/or set up Global, Functional, Business Units governance meetings and Agenda for Supply Chain Digital Services.
  • Engage with Functional partners to align on priority, resource allocations, and budget needs.
  • Provide business consultancy to ensure the right conversation, Digital Products, and Solutions are met, and best practices are shared.
  • Support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and lead projects delivery through to completion where required.
  • Secure Supply Chain Digital Services Organization, capabilities, and Process and Network to support Mondelez Supply Chain Towers across Mondelez Vision Agenda.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Digital Solutions, particularly with SAP Supply Chain Modules Projects.
  • Specific experience in SAP Projects focusing on one or more of the SAP Manufacturing Modules such as Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing Executions, Warehouse Management, Quality.
  • Project Manager certification is a plus.
  • Stakeholders and vendor management experience.
