Job Description:

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Identify landowners with the requirements of the development and technical teams ensuring compliance with personal data regulation regulations.
  • Manage access and reconciliate registers information, Cadastral, Property and Urban Planning.
  • Identify existing rights of way, easements and infrastructure that will be affected by the renewable energy projects.
  • Secure land rights, rights of way and manage land agents and Invenergy's partners working in securing those.
  • Manage the land/rights securing contracts and revision.
  • Be the point of contact for landowners and resolve obstacles concerning the development.
  • Undertake the urban planning procedures and supervise Invenergy's partners performing those activities to secure Public Interest Declaration.
  • Supervise and manage expropriation procedures.
  • Identify and address social needs from landowner and municipalities that may arise during the lifetime of the project.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Agricultural Engineering, Topography, Architecture, Real Estate Law or similar degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Land and Social Management.
  • Knowledge in Social Topics (Law, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering).
  • Knowledge of the Agrarian Legislation and Civil Law.
  • Knowledge of GIS software.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred.
