Job Summary
The Urban Land Institute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to support the ULI Spain National Council team in growing the organization's membership base and delivering member-led activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the National Council team, including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and updating the ULI Spain website.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and communicating with attendees.
- Manage data and maintain accurate records, including member contact information, event registrations, and financial transactions.
- Process invoices and track payments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support the Executive Director, ULI Spain, in various administrative tasks and projects, as needed.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration, event planning, and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on real estate, urban development, and land use.
- Familiarity with web-based tools, such as content management systems or internet-based tools for updating website content.
