**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the National Council team, including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and updating the ULI Spain website.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with the council staff team and Executive Committee.
- Manage data and maintain accurate records, including member contact details and event information.
- Process invoices and track payments.
**Requirements:**
- Two to three years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
