Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, public bodies, and landowners to negotiate land lease agreements and easements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, including land verification, environmental assessments, and spatial planning, to ensure project viability.
  • Gather and analyze data, preparing comprehensive reports to inform project decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landowners, ensuring their needs are met and their interests are protected.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as real estate, spatial planning, environmental protection, or energy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Practical knowledge of investment process issues in Administrative Law, Construction Law, and Energy Law.
  • Practical knowledge of real estate issues and regulations.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
