We are looking for a junior engineer in Electrical, Telecommunications or Electronics to be based in Barcelona (Spain).

Should possess some knowledge in telecommunications and transmission technologies and have a passion to learn about new ones in telecommunication testing, equipment and its configuration.


Scope:

This position involves the following major responsibilities:

  • Find new Business channels
  • Execute Marketing activities
  • Execute Sales activities

Specific Duties:

  • Identifying new channels and clients
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities
  • Providing assistance and postsale follow up to customerst
  • Paperwork associated to sales (quotations, deliveries, invoices, etc)
  • Maintenance of the CRM customer database
  • Delivery time control of sold products
  • Attending tradeshows in order to identify potential business opportunities
  • Payments control
  • Understanding of commercial terms & conditions

Competence:

  • University degree in Electrical, Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and at least fluent in German or French
  • Willingness to travel across the world 25% of the time
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Holds a European citizenship
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as IEC 61850, PTP/NTP, TCP/IP is welcome
