Garantiràs, a través dels recursos dels que disposaràs, la consecució d'objectius, evolució, creixement, compromís i satisfacció de la teva àrea d'influència (persones - botigues), liderant amb sentit i projecció de futur i vetllant pel compliment i implantació dels principals
eixos estratègics i directrius de Grup Ametller Origen.
Com ho faràs?
Generaràs un flux d'anàlisi estratègica en la teva àrea de responsabilitat, amb la finalitat de prendre les millors decisions alineades als objectius vinculats a persones, comercial, qualitat, econòmics i marca de l'empresa, amb l'objectiu de vetllar pel futur negoci d' Ametller Origen.
Lideraràs la implantació i consecució dels processos definits acord al model operatiu de botiga, model comercial de ventes, persones i eficiència.
Garantiràs l'anàlisi de possibles errors en el procés operatiu de botiga amb la finalitat d'aportar propostes o idees enfocades a la millora contínua del procés operatiu.
Garantiràs la consecució dels pressupostos i els comptes d'explotació de la teva àrea, per tal d'aterrar i realitzar el seguiment de la política estratègica del Grup.
Potenciaràs la relació amb les diferents entitats i agents oficials i socials de la nostra àrea d' impacte, amb la finalitat de generar un compromís amb la comunicat i difondre el nostre propòsit, buscant sempre potenciar la imatge de marca.
Participaràs activament, juntament amb l'equip de Talent, en l'atracció i fidelització del millor talent en la teva àrea, per tal d'assegurar el creixement i competitivitat professional.
Et responsabilitzaràs de la selecció, acollida, integració, formació, desenvolupament i seguiment de les persones que formen part del teu equip, per tal de garantir assoliment, compromís i creixement dins de la companyia.
