Onedirect sucht einen Outbound Sales Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Zentrum Barcelonas, um Großkunden in Deutschland und der DACH-Region zu reaktivieren und auszubauen. Onedirect ist ein europaweit agierender B2B-Onlinehändler für Telefonie und Kommunikationshardware.
Ihre Rolle:
Sie bauen Großkunden in DACH durch Wiederkontaktaufnahme von Bestandskunden auf und durch Bedarfsanalysen bei heutigen Potentialkunden, insbs. Online-Bestellern.
Sie haben keine Scheu vor proaktiver Kontaktaufnahme und können gut mit Entscheidungsträgern wie IT- & Einkaufsleitern sowie Geschäftsführern kommunizieren.
Sie rufen sehr viel an, haben einen langen Atem und bauen Kontakte langfristig auf. Dass Sie in Vorleistung gehen und auch mal 1⁄2 Jahr einen Key Account von fast Null aufbauen müssen, bevor dieser monetarisiert werden kann, ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
In den Anfangsmonaten lernen Sie das Business und unsere Produktkategorien durch telefonisches Inbounding gut kennen, um sich bzgl. Produkt & Kundenbedarf gut auszukennen.

Was Sie mitbringen:
Sie sind gut im Outbounding am Telefon und haben keine Scheu vor aktiver Kontaktaufnahme.
Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis von Konzernstrukturen und deren Entscheidungsprozessen und verstehen es Kontakte optimal aufzubauen oder bestehende Kontakte zu reaktivieren.
Ein gutes technisches Know-how und Interesse an Telekommunikationsprodukten.
Sie haben ein gutes Verkaufsgespür und erreichen hervorragende Ergebnisse vom Erstgespräch bis zum Abschluss.
Sie haben ein gutes Beziehungsmanagement und eine hohe Selbstorganisation, um auch Monate nach dem Erstkontakt Aufträge zu gewinnen.

Weitere Qualifikationen:
Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau.
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift.
Weitere Fremdsprachen, wie Französisch oder Spanisch sind vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend.

Konditionen: € p.a. plus Verkaufsprovisionen. Etwa € im ersten Jahr. Über 30.000€ im 2. Jahr realistisch, je nach Provisionen. 22 Tage Urlaub + ca. 3-5 Extra-Ausgleichstage
