Onedirect is looking for a Junior Outbound Sales in the centre of Barcelona to reactivate and expand key accounts in Germany and the DACH region.

Onedirect is a B2B online retailer for telephony and communication hardware operating across Europe.

Your role:

What you bring to the table:

  • Good at outbound on the phone and unafraid of active contact.
  • Good understanding of corporate structures and their decisionmaking processes to know how to establish contact or reactivate existing contacts.
  • Good technical knowhow and interest in telecommunication products.
  • Sales driven and achieved excellent results from the initial meeting to the closing.
  • You have good relationship management and a high level of selforganisation to win orders even months after the initial contact.

Other qualifications:

  • Nativelevel German.
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Other foreign languages, such as French or Spanish are a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer:

  • Salary: euros gross per year+ commissions (€500 for the first 3 months)
  • 6 months + permanent contract
  • Hbirdy method (two days WFH)

  • Friday 40h/week: approx.
8:00h-17:00h
