Your Responsibilities

We are seeking an Outbound Client Advisor to join the second largest energy producer and supplier in Belgium. As an Outbound Client Advisor, you will deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Key Tasks
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided database
  • Practice active listening to identify sales opportunities based on client needs
