We are seeking an exceptional Client Advisor to join our team at El Corte Inglés Serrano Madrid. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for our clients
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and support the store's overall performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in luxury fashion, preferably in a high-end retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
