We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Diesel in Madrid Serrano. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Focus: Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.
- Customer Service: Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Sales and Merchandising: Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions, creating a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
- Operations and Security: Manage payment operations, ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to high standards, and contribute to ensuring a high level of security.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities, strong communication skills, and digital awareness.
- Personal Qualities: Passionate about Retail, Customer Service, and commercial mindset, willingness to grow in the organization, and brand ambassador with a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
