Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at our Diesel Store in Madrid Serrano. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building meaningful relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Focus: Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.
  • Excellent Communication: Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Storytelling: Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
  • Cross-Selling: Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Prove brand and product knowledge.
  • Payment Operations: Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions in a punctual and accurate manner.
  • Visual Display: Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to high standards, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Security: Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
  • Innovation: Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies is an asset.
  • Passion for Retail: Passionate about Retail, Customer Service, and commercial mindset.
  • Knowledge of Luxury Sector: Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • Digital Awareness: Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
